In this part, we’ll amp up the challenge for your body with strength exercises. Our focus is on enhancing control, stability, and coordination while also boosting your heart health.
As we finish up, we’ll focus on helping you relax. We’ll practice easy breathing techniques to cool you down and bring a sense of calm. By paying attention to your breath, I want to make sure you end the session feeling refreshed and centered.
