We’ll start with fun games to warm up your body and improve your skills. These activities are a playful way to get ready for what’s next, combining movement and skill practice for an interactive experience.

Flexibility


After we warm up, we’ll explore how to use your breath to move better. We’ll focus on specific exercises to improve flexibility, helping you gain better control and awareness of your body in different ways.

Strength


In this part, we’ll amp up the challenge for your body with strength exercises. Our focus is on enhancing control, stability, and coordination while also boosting your heart health.

Breath


As we finish up, we’ll focus on helping you relax. We’ll practice easy breathing techniques to cool you down and bring a sense of calm. By paying attention to your breath, I want to make sure you end the session feeling refreshed and centered.
